Experienced and Supportive
We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from shopping, going to the movies, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs. We listen and cater to your needs.

- Help for the person to activate and build resiliency factors. (e.g., whole health action management).
- Support for the person to design and meet individualized strategies to reach their health, safety and wellness goals.

All Trays Home Health Care LLC owners, staff members, and representatives are CPR certified and have access to PPE like masks and gloves. Employees receive over 40 hours of onboarding training and annual trainings.
